Teddy Goldenberg was born in Israel in 1985, his family originating from Romania. He lives in Berlin with his wife, artist and publisher Noa Muenster.

He loves walking in parks, and does so almost every day.

The illegitimate offspring of a largely dysfunctional family with Glen Baxter, Fletcher Hanks and Pierre La Police as putative fathers, Teddy Goldenberg cultivates a willingly absurd sense of humor, the keystone of a universe whose foundations were laid in 2008 with the publication of his first zines.

To mark the launch of La Route Parallèle, his new comic book published by Fidèle - The Retirement Party in its original version - the Arts Factory gallery has exhibited a collection of 175 original drawings from this album and its predecessor, the already cult City Crime Comics, in October 2025.

Teddy Goldenberg's books are also published in the U.S. by Floating World Comics;
