Collection: masanori ushiki

To celebrate the launch of Fighters, his first book published in France by La Face Cachée Éditions, we were delighted to welcome Masanori Ushiki in april 2025 for an exceptional signing session and a rare exhibition by this Japanese artist and character designer.

Born in 1981 and a graduate of Musashino Art University, Masanori Ushiki draws his inspiration from Tokusatsu TV series, manga and the masked wrestlers he has admired since childhood, to create his own gallery of flamboyantly costumed heroes.

At the same time, he designs characters for video games, illustrates advertisements and regularly exhibits his paintings internationally. One of his most notable projects is his participation in the creation of the game No More Heroes 3, released in 2021.
