Collection: marine luszpinski
Marine Luszpinski was born in 1972, to a stained-glass artist mother and an obsessively artistic father. An agitated drawing artist, indigestible painter, illustrator by necessity, succulent pastry chef, and scattered creator, Marine Luszpinski holds no degree whatsoever. In the mid-90s, she published comics and press cartoons with Luz in various magazines, including Le Psikopat, then co-directed the monthly publication Chien Méchant with him, which also featured contributions from Charb, Tignous, and Siné.
After a stint at Les Gobelins, she worked in animation as a storyboarder, character designer, and co-screenwriter for many years, before running away to return to her brushes and rusty pencils.
She then took part in numerous exhibitions; her drawings were published in the Les Crocs Électriques collection directed by Stéphane Blanquet and Jessica Rispal, and later by Éditions 476, founded by Maxime Barbier and Etienne Robial. She collaborates regularly with visual artist Alain K through fierce drawing battles and participates in the collective project La mi-temps de la Comtesse initiated by the publishers On Your Slate and Yann Perol.
In 2023, Marine joined the Arts Factory gallery to present the painting series Vos gueules les p'tites putes, from which the prints offered on our site are drawn.
